It is true how the &quot;reference&quot; for a meal sticks in your mind.  I once had WTM from the stall at Funan food court...the char siew was moist and perfectly caramelised, the noodles had good texture, the sauce balance just right [even the soup which is usually the let down was OK]...perfect.  Just got lucky I guess coz every time I have been back since it has been just OK.

BTW, blog photos also looking good since the White Rabbit session!]]></description>
